Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Platinum) start with a 7-day free trial. Your card isn't charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before day 7 and you pay nothing. After the trial, the plan renews automatically at its price until you cancel, and we email you before each charge.

Yes — cancel in one click from Settings → Subscription. You keep your paid tier until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then auto-drop to Free. No partial-period refunds, no hassle, no phone calls.

Every card you've made stays yours forever — saved to your library, still viewable and shareable. Going forward you just hit the Free 1-card-per-month cap. Re-upgrade anytime to lift it.

Card and PayPal, both through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card number.

Gift Pong cards are made by AI — which is what makes every single one a genuine one-of-a-kind, and also means no two results are exactly alike and we can't guarantee a specific outcome. Because of that, we don't offer refunds on individual cards that simply didn't turn out how you pictured. If something's actually broken though — a card failed to generate, came out blank, or hit a technical error — email support@giftpong.com and we'll make it right.

Blend puts your real face right on the card — you're the star of the artwork, not a stock character. Drop a photo or take a selfie and the AI weaves you into the cover. Free gets 1 to try; Plus 3/mo, Pro 4/mo, Platinum 8/mo.

A Living Card gently comes alive — a short, subtle motion on your cover (a wink, a blown kiss, a wave). Pro includes standard motions plus a monthly taste of the premium cinema engine; Platinum is all premium motion, with optional 10-second director's cuts.

Yes — a Gift Pong can carry gift recommendations alongside the card. Free includes one gift send to try it; paid plans send gifts freely, with more curated ideas the higher you go.

They get a private link (by text, email, or however you share it) — no account needed to open the card. For a two-sided Gift Pong they answer a few fun questions and the AI weaves both halves together.

Yes. Photos used for Blend are handled under our Biometric Policy, never sold, and you can delete your account and all associated data (including facial data) anytime from Settings. See the Privacy Policy and Biometric Policy for specifics.
